From the Gantt, click on the View Resource Schedule to add an extra view to the bottom of your screen.
This view will show arrows for dependencies between Tasks.
Clicking on a Task will highlight the Task and the row with the assigned Resource Name (Real or Generic)
Click the same icon again to hide the schedule view.
