The Contract Overview screen is view only, when you double click none of the fields can be edited.

The License Configuration section at the bottom of the screen may indicate if you have an agreed number of licenses for different types of users. 
The cost per user may show as $0.00 due to changes in our pricing model, so if you have any questions with your contract, please get in touch.

You can check how many licenses are being used on the Admin > Configuration > Overview screen.
You can check changes to the number of licences on your contract by looking on the Change Log
